How to Play

Play Ojek Pickup online for free. Ojek Pickup is a pathfinding puzzle game based on the real-world motorcycle taxis of the same name. Guide each ojek around town to pick up and bring their passengers to their destinations. Play through all 30 stages. Avoid crashes & avoid going over the same road path in the same direction twice. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
Select the gear button to open the game’s audio controls:
- Move the sliders to adjust the volume of the game’s music and sound effects.

    - With your mouse, left click and drag to create a path for the ojek.
    - Touchscreen devices
      - Tap and swipe on the screen with your fingers to create a path for the ojek.

        The game’s controls and indicators occupy the bottom row. From left to right:
        
        Gear button:
        
        Speaker button: Turns the game’s audio on or off
        
        Power button: Exits the game and returns you to the welcome screen.

        Level selection
        
        Levels are grouped across 6 cities: Toraja, Padang, Bogor, Jogja, Surabaya, & Jakarta.
        
        Each location is named after a real city in Indonesia.
        
        Each city has 5 levels.
        
        Taken together, there are 30 levels in this game.
        
        Levels are unlocked in sequence.
        
        Only the first city, Toraja, and its first level are playable at the start of the game.
        
        Finish one level to unlock the next. Finish all 5 levels to unlock the next city.
        
        Cities are unlocked from left to right and top down.
        
        You can replay any of the levels you’ve already unlocked.
        
        Basic rules
        
        Create a route to help the motorcycle taxi operator (ojek) fetch a passenger and bring them to their destination.
        
        Select the ojek and drag to create a path for them to travel.
        
        Each ojek can only pick up passengers of their color.
        
        Bring the ojeks and their passengers to the arrow of their color somewhere in the map.
        
        The ojeks can only travel a path once, with the exception of intersections where they can cross orthogonally.
        
        To clear a path, select the ojek again.
        
        When you’re done drawing a path, select the play button or fast forward buttons to have the ojeks move.
        
        To complete the level, have all the passengers reach their destinations.
        
        Ojek management
        
        Some levels have multiple ojek and passengers.
        
        Make sure the ojeks don’t hit each other along the way.
        
        Ojeks must pick up passengers of their same color & drop them off at the same colored destination.
        
        When drawing a path for another ojek, the paths taken by the previous ones play out.
        
        This will help you visualize the order and path your ojek must take.
        
        You may not travel the same path twice in the same direction.
        
        Multiple ojek may turn at an intersection.
        
        Ojeks can cross each other’s paths at different times in orthogonal directions.
        
        Hint
        
        If you’re ever stumped use a hint.
        
        You have 2 hints per level.
